Where we deliver
We deliver across Egypt. Cairo and Giza first, because that's where we can promise a standard we're willing to sign our name to — and everywhere else nationwide.

Your exact area and its cost are confirmed at checkout, once you pick your governorate. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched the next working day.
Paying online
Pay in advance by InstaPay or mobile wallet and you'll pay 2.5% less than paying cash on delivery. It's not a trick — prepaid orders cost us less to fulfil, and we'd rather hand that saving to you than keep it. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you choose InstaPay.
Cash on delivery
Available. Please have the exact amount ready; our courier cannot always make change.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us. If it stalls, don't wait and wonder — message us and we'll chase it ourselves.
If we're late
Sometimes the courier is delayed, and sometimes it's our fault. Either way, tell us. We don't hide behind the shipping company — we'll chase it ourselves and keep you posted until it's in your hands.
What arrives
Every KOHL order arrives sealed, wrapped, and carrying the KOHL Original seal. If the packaging has been opened or tampered with before it reaches you, do not accept it. Refuse the delivery and tell us the same day.
