What we keep, and what we would never do with it.
We ask for very little, and we use it for one thing: getting the right product to the right person, beautifully. We are not in the business of selling attention, and we are not in the business of selling you.
What we collect
When you shop with us, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and email. If you pay online, the payment itself is handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number. If you join the Edit, we keep your contact details so we can write to you. When you browse, we collect basic usage data so the site works properly and so we can understand what people are actually looking for.
Why we collect it
To deliver your order. To speak to you about that order. To send you the Edit if you asked for it. To improve the store. Nothing else.
What we will never do
We will never sell your data. We will never rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you. We share information only with the people who make your order happen — our courier, so they can reach your door, and our payment provider, so your payment clears — and only the minimum they need.
How long we keep it
Only as long as it's useful to you and required of us. Order records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. If you'd like your data removed beyond what we're required to keep, write to us and we'll do it.
Your control
You can ask us at any time what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave the Edit with one click in any message — no guilt, no obstacle course, no “are you sure” three times over.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, to understand how the site is used, and to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people. You can refuse them in your browser; parts of the store may then behave imperfectly.
